What was requested
Board of Supervisors data center resolutions and personal property and real estate tax agreements from 2018 through the request date.
What Stafford sent back
The July 24 response lists nine records, including Potomac Church and Stafford Tech rezoning materials, an AWS performance agreement, utility resolutions, a redacted contract execution request and a redacted water service agreement. The closure notice states that responsive records were provided.
What this response establishes
The response does not establish that every potentially relevant tax agreement is held by the responding departments. The County identified another possible custodian. This entry reports the delivery inventory; the nine underlying files are now available in the download section without new substantive analysis.
