Stafford County held a public listening session at Colonial Forge High School after an earlier weather cancellation. County presentations and map stations focused on the portions of the then-proposed corridor affecting Stafford.
The county said it would document public feedback for future strategies and communications. Dominion Energy did not participate in that county-hosted session and continued its own separate outreach process.
The listening session did not select or approve a route. Formal adjudication will occur only after an SCC application is filed.
