Existing County redactions are preserved. Two utility publication copies have additional redactions of unrelated customer identifiers and internal employee IDs; those files are labeled individually. Each ZIP includes an inventory with original filenames and file hashes.
What we requested
Request #5267 was entered on October 12, 2026. It seeks existing records of public business communications and interactions between current and former Stafford County Board of Supervisors and Planning Commission members and data center interests, including developers, operators, applicants and their representatives.
The requested period is January 1, 2023, through the date the request is processed. The request reproduced in the County’s October 16 email prioritizes text and electronic messages, private meetings and developer contacts, then nondisclosure agreements. It also includes communications arranging meetings and related records. Electronic records are preferred.
Revised County estimate: $5,908.61
On October 15, the County said it had omitted Planning and Zoning fees from its first estimate. The revised total is $5,908.61, including $3,530.61 for the County Attorney’s Office, $1,218.00 for County Administration and $1,160.00 for Planning and Zoning. The estimate lists 212.68 labor hours.
The October 16 email shows an estimated resolution date of November 14, 2026. This is an estimate, not a guaranteed delivery date or confirmation of payment.
