Planning Commission
Planning Commission votes are recommendations to the Board, not final project approvals or denials.
The Commission recommended denial of the principal Comprehensive Plan and rezoning actions amid concerns about the historic Seddon cemetery and potentially additional burials.
The Commission recommended approval of the proposed two-building, approximately 590,000-square-foot data-center campus and related actions.
October 17, 2023
Ordinance O23-24 created Stafford’s first countywide zoning and development standards specifically governing data centers. Crystal Vanuch made the motion, and Tinesha Allen cast the only dissenting vote.
